Digital Mentors

The Digital Mentors program offers personalised, one-on-one support for people living with HIV in NSW to build confidence and skills using digital technology in a safe, supportive and friendly space. Whether you’re just starting out with digital devices or want help with something specific, our peer mentors can work with you, supporting you to learn at your pace.

We can support you with:

  • Getting started with computers, tablets and smartphones
  • Navigating the internet with confidence
  • Staying safe online and protecting your privacy
  • Using email, video calls, social media, and telehealth appointments
  • Troubleshooting device or connection issues

How it works:
Book a one-on-one session at a time that works for you. Our Digital Mentors will tailor the support to your need, whether it’s your first steps online or building skills for specific tasks.
