Positive Life NSW members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Positive Life NSW which will be held on Thursday 09 December 2021 from 6:00pm online via Zoom teleconference.

Election of Directors / Office Bearers
In the First Notice, Positive Life NSW called for nominations for Directors and Office Bearers for 2022/23. As there were more nominations (eight) received than the (five) vacant positions for the two-year term Director roles, the Returning Officer is required to conduct a postal ballot for those positions.
All Full members, who accept postal material, have been sent the AGM Pack, together with the nominee’s names and their supporting statements including Ballot Paper by post. Should you require information on the postal ballot process in advance of this date, please consult the Positive Life NSW Constitution referring to rule 24 titled Conduct of postal or electronic ballots.
The closing date for receipt of postal ballots at Positive Life NSW Post Office Box (PO Box 831, Darlinghurst NSW 1300) is 5pm Friday 03 December 2021.
The results of the election process and the announcement of the full composition of the Board of Positive Life NSW will be announced at the AGM on Thursday 9 December 2021 from 6pm.
