Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Positive Life NSW will be held on Wednesday 06 December at 6:00pm at Rydges Sydney Central, 28 Albion Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The Christmas party will be held at the same venue between 7pm–9pm, following the conclusion of the formal proceedings of the AGM.
Please RSVP your attendance or apology to the AGM and Christmas party, and specify whether you will participate in both events or just one of them by email to Positive Life NSW at contact@positivelife.org.au or by calling (02) 8357 8386 no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 29 November 2023.
Positive Life Election of Directors / Office Bearers
In the First Notice, Positive Life NSW called for nominations for Directors and Office Bearers for 2022/23. As there were more nominations (eight) received than the (six) vacant positions for the two-year term Director roles, the Returning Officer is required to conduct a postal ballot for those positions.
All Full members who accept postal material, have been sent the Members Voting and AGM Pack, together with the nominee’s names and their supporting statements including a Ballot Paper and reply paid envelope by post on Monday 6 November 2023. If you require a Voting and AGM Pack to be posted out to you as a Full Member, please contact Positive Life as soon as possible on contact@positivelife.org.au
The closing date for receipt of postal ballots at Positive Life NSW Post Office Box (PO Box 831, Darlinghurst NSW 1300) is 5pm Friday 01 December 2023.
The results of the election process and the announcement of the full composition of the 2024/25 Board of Positive Life NSW will be announced at the AGM on Wednesday 06 December 2021 from 6pm.
