DESCRIPTION:‘In The Know’ – a Research & Treatments update for people living with HIV about the latest developments in HIV research and treatments. \nPart A: Join us as we hear from Senior Research Fellow\, Craig Sinclair from the University of NSW about the Enhanced Advance care planning and life Review Longitudinal Intervention (EARLI) Project. \n\nThe EARLI project aims to support older adults to effectively engage with Advance Care Planning (ACP)\, in the home care setting.\nThe EARLI project team has been consulting with people living with HIV and identify what changes might need to be made to the project to ensure the pilot will meet the needs of people living with HIV.\n\nPart B: Positive Life will conduct a brief discussion about your thoughts and opinions of ‘opt-out’ HIV testing which will inform a position paper to be published in November 2023. \nRegistrations are essential and numbers are limited: Please advise your dietary requirements when you register. \nWhen: Thursday 12 October 2023\, 6.30pm to 8.30pm\nWhere: Sydney\nRegister: Call (02) 83578386\, 1800 245 677 or email contact@positivelife.org.au by Monday 9 October
