Senior Advocacy and Policy Consultant
Lance has worked in various capacities in the HIV community sector since 2001. Diagnosed with HIV in 1985, he has managed HIV client services and health promotion programs for ACON between 2001-2006, and was responsible for ACON HIV resources and campaigns from 2006-2008.
He was responsible for Positive Life NSW’s HIV policy and advocacy work 2008-2017. Passionate about social justice, self-determination of people living with HIV and aligning health and support services to meet the emerging needs for people living with HIV/AIDS in NSW, Lance became a consultant for Positive Life in 2017 and is currently performing a range of policy and research activities across the agency’s projects.
