Peer-Led Partner Notification Toolkit -

The Peer Led Partner Notification (PLPN) project is the first step in taking ownership of a critical diagnosis moment.

Peer-led partner notification (also called contact-tracing) offers support from someone else who has been through the process of telling (notifying) our sexual and injecting partners that they have potentially been put at risk of an infection. The program offers a road-map so peers can self-direct, empower and build individual agency, as well as increase testing for people who may have been potentially exposed to HIV.

The peer-led partner notification project has been developed in partnership with the NSW Ministry of Health and Sexual Health Infolink (SHIL).
