Our lives have been extended by treatments and that throws up all sorts of questions:

  • What do I want to do with my future?
  • What are my goals?
  • How am I going to achieve them?

Depression or grief and loss can be barriers to taking the first step in changing our circumstances. What steps can you take to overcome these barriers?

People talk about “lost years” because of their HIV diagnosis. Were there any positives? What did you learn from those times?

Getting through difficult times can make us strong and shape who we are. Looking back, when did you show strength and resilience?

What worries you about change? What is exciting about change?

Can you identify some steps you can take over the next twelve months to make changes in your life?
