Positive Life NSW

Each year, Positive Life NSW develops a business plan that is informed in part by our Strategic Plan and our Funding and Performance Agreement. It is created in consulation with the staff responsible for carrying out the work.

The 2010-2011 Business Plan outlines the work that we intend to complete in this financial year. It lists projects by organisational area and includes the target audience, strategy for completing the work and an indication of how the work will be evaluated in line with our evaluation framework. It also includes the person responsible, partnerships and the funding required. 'Core' indicates that the cost is covered by our core funding.

At the end of each financial year, we report against the performance measures developed and approved as part of our Funding and Performance Agreement with NSW Health. Our Annual Program Report allows the department to get a clear impression of we how we have performed. We are making this report public so that you can see the highlights of what has been a very productive year for Positive LIfe.
